Free Comic Book Day 2010
Another Free Comic Book Day has come and gone and the kids and I were there at BuyMeToys.com, our local comic shop. I’d have to say that I was underwhelmed with the new offerings from the publishers this year. BuyMeToys still did a great job with the event. As always, they had tons of free comics available including tons from the previous years too, and they gave every last visitor five books of their choice as well as other goodies like pins and bookmarks. I agree. Plus some of the publishers are just charging to much to the dealers for the free comics. Though I have to admit that the free Lady Gaga comic was very interesting and unique.
