Matt McAndrew and James Valentine Out-Shined By Augiewan!

Sorry, I couldn’t help myself with the post title. 🙂

So yesterday, I found out that one of the designs I did for Carved (wood mobile device cases) made an appearance on a celebrity post on Instagram (and other social media) about a month ago. The young gentleman holding his beautifully protected phone is Matt McAndrew, runner up in last season’s The Voice and newly signed Republic Records artist. Standing next to him is James Valentine of Maroon 5. Needless to say, I thought this was pretty cool.

The design was my “Toy Robots” illustration that I’ve yet to post to this site. I’ve posted links to some images of the drawing process for that design and a better shot of the phone case a little further down. You too can purchase this case at Carved. Here’s my profile there.
